Amazing van owner was so easy to deal with, had a ball with it, will book again!!

This was our first motorhome experience, and we loved it. It was comfortable, easy to drive, and made our trip very enjoyable.

Was a lovely trip, we all had a great time. A couple of little things causing some rattles [ stove bits tools under floor] easy fixed and ever thing was fine. Would do it again

-27.2.26. PICKED UP THE MOTORHOME FROM OWNER'S HOME IN WOONGARRAH, CENTRAL COAST. Note: This owner has 2 motorhomes, the one hired was with number plate DK 27 SP, 2027 or 2018 model Mercedes. Video taken of the outside as Camplify suggested. PROS: THE BOOKING The booking request for the 4 required days for this motorhome was easy enough and I appreciated the owner's flexibility on dates and price of hire. The usual details and rental requirements on Camplify website were helpful. THE MOTORHOME The motorhome was clean. COMMUNICATION The owner was communicative enough before and during the hire period. Which key goes where were minor queries from us to him soon after the hire and we usually received a good prompt response. CONS: THE INTRODUCTION It rained on the day of pickup, hence the intro to the motorhome was a bit difficult. Despite the rain, the intro was brief, much briefer than expected for 1st-timers hirers to motorhoming, which we were, and we made aware of that to the owner. THE LOUD RATTLING NOISE While driving, the motorhome made a very loud rattling noise, worse on country roads. Our 3 pets freaked out completely as they're not used to being inside a moving extremely loud rattly motorhome. If we were made aware early enough, we could've sedated all the pets for the journey. It took a very long time for them to settle ie stop hyperventilating from stress after reaching our destination. Oral sedation to pets takes 1/2 to 1hr to work and our destination was just an hour away, so it could not be given then to be able to work soon enough. The loud noise was not mentioned by the owner nor the source, in fact, the owner was not aware - the source of the noise we discovered as the loose whole timber cabinet housing the kitchen items like the oven, microwave and utensils. The following was making it worse: a) The loose oven tray inside the oven b) The loose round microwave glass tray inside the microwave STRONG SUGGESTIONS TO THE OWNER (POSITIVE FEEDBACK): 1. INTRO. Spend more time at intro specially with newcomers, with patience. 2. KEY TAGS. Make tags for the motorhome keys for their specific function, to reinforce the initial intro. 3. A PRINTED INSTRUCTION SHEET would help with details of the RV. 4. OPEN DECLARATION. Get to know your RV better! What things are making the very loud rattly noise then openly declare them for clarity and use of use. FINAL WORDS. We had a great time as this was the 1st time we hired a motor home & thoroughly enjoyed our time traveling in it! The van itself didnt miss a beat & ran fantastic the whole time to QLD & back to NSW!

This motorhome is so easy to drive, extremely comfortable beds and reasonably economical with fuel. We had such a relaxing, stress-free time and Rinus is a pleasure to deal with. Definitely recommend.

We had a great week with the Motor home and had it as a couple but it could easily take 4 and maybe 6 at a push. The van was comfortable, well equipped and super easy to drive.

We had a great trip myself and my daughter, we stayed at 3 parks and travelled from lake mac to QLD to pick up my eldest daughter and back over 10 days no dramas, so handy to not have to set up much more than a cable and hose and to have an air con to go back to when we had enough sun. Vourinus and his wife are lovely people and if i had a question it was answered straight away which was great as it was my first time in a motorhome!

Vourinus has been nothing but kind and generous throughout the entire rental. Any questions that we needed he was quick to answer, he was even generous enough to give me another 3 nights on my trip at no cost. The RV was amazing to stay in with 3 kids and 2 adults. No problems at all and very easy to use. We are so pleased and wish to only rent from him forever lol. Highly recommend!

Van ran very well and very comfortable for 4 of us. Love it. My only thing to be careful about is the daily travel limit which is low for a big country. Most others have more and this ended up costing us quite a bit. My own fault for not reading the fine print but it should be more obvious. Otherwise great experience.

We had a fantastic experience! The van was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our trip. One of our favorite features was the built-in DVD player and small monitor, which allowed us in a rainy climate,to enjoy movie nights together every eveninga real bonus for our family. Communication with the rental company was smooth and straightforward, making the whole process easy and stress-free. Overall, we highly recommend this motorhome rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable road trip experience!
